HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER ?

In stock orders:

Orders are authorized and processed real-time so canceling an in stock order is very difficult. If you need to cancel, please contact customer service by clicking here or call +971 (0) 55 4940999 as soon as possible after the order has been placed. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the Return Policy to return the product for refund or exchange.

Out of stock/backorders:

If you need to cancel and item/order that is out of stock or on backorder, please contact customer service by clicking here or by calling +971 (0) 55 4940999. Once your item/order has been cancelled, you will be notified through email and you will receive a cancellation confirmation. If for any reason your order is unable to be cancelled and has been shipped, you will need to follow the Return Policy to return the product for refund or exchange.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION ?

If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the "My Account" link located in the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Account Information" link to update your account information.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED ?

If you are paying by credit card once your credit card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN DECLINED ?

A.

This can happen for a number of reasons. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, Try checking the card details you entered such as the card number, expiration date, and card type are correct and check that the billing address matches that listed with the card. Usually when a payment has not been authorized, the cardholder can call the issuer and discuss the matter, resulting with an authorized payment.

If the problem persists, try entering the details of a different card.

IN STOCK; RESTOCKING; PRE-ORDERS; SOLD OUT LABELS

  • Items that are not labeled are in stock and ready to be ordered today.
  • Items that are labeled restocking are those, which are currently out of stock and will be replenished.
  • Pre-order items are new models/colors/material/style that are being designed and produced for the next collection and are made available on pre order for you to secure your purchase. Your credit card will be billed for the purchase amount however your order will be fulfilled once the stock has been received in our warehouse.
  • Some items may be out of stock and not available at this time and will be marked as Sold Out.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ?

All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery. Please note that the courier company will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling charges separately for each country where and when they may apply.

WHAT TYPE OF ADDRESS DO YOU DELIVER TO? CAN YOU DELIVER TO A POSTAL BOX ?

As all deliveries require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery. We can only deliver to physical addresses and not to P.O. Boxes.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?

Yes, items can be returned. However, you will need to notify us within 3 days of receiving your package to inform us of your intention to return the item. Full details are listed in our Shipping & Returns section on the site.
