  • We ship worldwide;
  • All orders are shipped in the form of a tracked shipment. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation order number followed by a fulfillment order update when it’s ready to ship and a shipment tracking number when it has shipped.
  • Orders usually ship within 3 working days of placing the order, however arrival time is estimated and may not include delays due to weekends and public holidays.
  • Shipped items that cannot be delivered by the carrier for any reason, will be returned to the Sender and the customer will be credited for the item(s) cost less all other costs incurred by the Sender. Customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
  • Please note that all shipping times are in business days.
  • All shipments require a delivery signature and therefore cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.
  • International orders must clear import/export regulations, which could add to the shipping time of an order and incur additional costs to the buyer.
  • Customs duties may be due, depending on individual country regulations and will need to be paid separately by the customer to courier service.
  • We do not process orders over the weekend, so orders placed on Thursdays will not usually ship until the following Monday.
  • Shipping rates are according to the below & shall be subject to change without prior notice.
  1. Middle East & GCC countries: $15 per item
  2. Rest of the world $20 per item
